ChemClub is a graduate student organization that aims to improve student life in the Department of Chemistry. ChemClub consists of executives and members.
For undergraduates: We operate the ChemClub store in the Lash Miller Chemical Laboratories building, which serves as a one-stop shop for undergraduate chemistry lab materials. Proceeds from the store go towards helping the Department of Chemistry maintain their outstanding undergraduate laboratories, providing scholarships for students, funding various events throughout the year to enhance student life, and supporting many academic and charitable causes. Additionally, we maintain a list of tutors that are available to help with undergraduate chemistry courses.
For graduate students: We organize a variety of social, arts & cultural, and professional development events throughout the year, and we strive to make our events accessible by making attendance free or discounted for ChemClub members and reimbursing transportation for members traveling from the satellite campuses (UTSC and UTM). Moreover, we accept funding requests from other chemistry graduate student organizations and maintain a list of tutors. Keep an eye out for our weekly e-mail newsletters to stay informed on events within the department.
